If we could give more stars we would.  We had the most amazing vacation ever (all 7 of us).  Using your expertise for the past two years has allowed us to have a stress-free vacation even when the resort gave us a bit of stress with our complicated reservation, you were right there making phone calls to help us maintain the Magic.

The circumstances around my trip changed a couple of times (dates, number of rooms, etc.) and she always quickly fixed my reservation and let me know if the amount the trip cost changed. She handled our dining reservations and if something was not available, she had fabulous suggestions that did not disappoint. One of our favorite meals was the breakfast at Boma that she recommended! She’s very knowledgeable about Walt Disney World and has great tips. Our welcome package was sent out as soon as she received the materials for it and added her own personal touches from tips and must dos for each park to laminated sheets with our dining confirmation numbers and times.
