We were honored to have two of our team nominated and invited to attend the Kindness Connection and Kindness Conference hosted by ALG Vacations. Our top agent, Siera Duiser, was invited to participate in the Kindness Connection. Our President, Allison Jones, was invited to attend the Kindness Conference.
This inaugural event was held at Dreams Tides Resort in Punta Cana. Siera participated in the Kindness Connection for younger travel advisors under the age of 40. Allison attended the Kindness Conference for travel advisors with 20+ years in the travel industry.
The focus of the Kindness Connection and Kindness Conference was kindness to ourselves, kindness to others, and kindness in travel.
One of the highlights of the event was kindness to others. Siera and Allison volunteered at the charities called Cañada Honda Rural School and the Fundación Un Mundo Mejor Para La Niñez Desamparada Orphanage. Siera and Allison helped paint, clean, and spend time with the children.
