Jamie Woodhead

I am a naturally creative person whose experience and skills span technology, media, design, music, visual arts & real estate. These skills are supported by my innate attention to detail and penchant for organization.

My creative nature led to the founding of my own company Totally CG, which is a graphic design company that provides creative designs for my clients’ everyday needs. Having the opportunity to work with people on a one to one basis and create designs and materials to meet their specific needs has given me a wealth of knowledge in the importance of great customer service. Something I believe will only aide me in helping clients plan their perfect vacation. In addition to Totally CG, my experience working for a NY based Post Production company has aided me in working under tight deadlines and also maintaining composure in high-stress situations.

As the Client Care Manager & Executive Administrator for the English Properties Team, my organizational side is tapped and my experience in customer service is most valuable. I am here to help our clients get answers to all of their questions in a timely manner, handle all contracts from start to finish and, most importantly, to provide exceptional service at all times.

What all of that says is I’d be great at planning vacations – on paper – but what you should know is that I am passionate about planning as well. Growing up it was my dream to become a Disney Animator and be part of the movies that I loved to watch when growing up. This lead me to getting a degree in Computer Animation and becoming my family & friends’ resident Disney expert. Whenever someone is planning a trip to Disney World I am called upon to help with reservations, fast passes, dining plans, etc. (I even find ways for them to get at least 1 day at Universal if possible)

My husband and I were lucky enough to plan a Disney Wedding in 2016 and help our families & friends experience everything we love about Disney World while celebrating our marriage. As if that wasn’t enough – we even planned our nephews 11th birthday celebration for the same week at Magic Kingdom and have visited Disney World 5 times in the last 3 years. As you can see, it is safe to say I love everything about Disney World and am even planning a trip there this October. My passion doesn’t just end there. My husband and I have a plan to organize a Disney Cruise as a “Cousins Trip” and would love to travel to one of the parks International destinations in the future.
