Refund Policy

Our agency does not charge any fees. The only cancellation policies are directly from the destinations (either Disney or Universal Studios). Here are the cancellation policies:

Disney Room Only Reservation: If you are booking a Disney room only reservation, Disney's cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund. If you cancel before this deadline, your deposit is fully refundable.

Disney Package Reservation: If you are booking a Disney package reservation, Disney charges cancellation penalties of $100 if you cancel from 44-6 days prior to arrival. If you cancel from 5-0 days prior to arrival, Disney charges a $200 cancellation penalty. If you cancel before 45 days, your deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel from 44-0 days prior to arrival, the rest of your package besides your cancellation penalty is refunded back to your credit card.

Universal Studios Package Reservation: If you book a Universal Studios Package and cancel your reservation up to 6 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel from 5-0 days prior to arrival, Universal Studios charges one night of your package as a cancellation penalty. Beside the cancellation penalty, the rest of your package will be refunded back to your credit card.

Disney Ticket Reservation & Universal Ticket Reservation: Once you purchase your Disney or Universal Studios Tickets, there is no refund.

This will save your hours trying to book your dining reservations yourself or waiting in lines once you arrive to Disney. Plus, we will also book any tee times, spa treatments or recreation reservations for your family. This is a huge perk for our International Guests!
