Destinations to Explore, Inc. is a top seller of travel of Disney World, Disney Cruise, Adventures by Disney and Disneyland vacations and part of the Earmarked Program (Authorized Disney Vacation Planners).   We are a recognized leader by Disney in planning magical vacations to the Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Adventures by Disney®, and Disney Cruise Line®.  There are only a limited number of agencies that are an Authorized Disney Vacation Planners.  Besides Disney, we are a Universal Studios Specialist Company and a top seller of Universal Studios vacations.

We are looking for Independent Sales Agents who have:

• Good computer skills

• Excellent marketing/social marketing skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills by email and phone

• Ability to sell Disney vacations in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work for home without distractions

• Excellent math skills to price tickets, packages, etc. 

• Professional attitude with a desire to sell

• A love of Disney and knowledge of Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise vacations

As an Independent Sales Agent for Destinations to Explore you will run your own business.  You will be responsible for:

• Setting up a quiet workspace in your home

• Provide a computer with fast Internet access, phone line with toll free number, and fax machine

• All paper and office supplies

• Handling your own taxes and filing your own taxes

• Owning and operating a website (must follow Disney & Universal Studios guidelines)

• You own and manage your own travel business

As an Independent Sales Agent, you will receive:

• Access to our online Selling Disney Destinations Guide

• Marketing Kit to start marketing your company and selling Disney vacations

• Errors & Omissions Insurance covered under Destinations to Explore

• Support by phone and email

• An Independent Sales Agent under our Authorized Disney Vacation Planner status

• After you reach a certain sales level ($10,000 in sales), you can apply for a CLIA Card for travel agent benefits

• Promotion incentives throughout the year for Independent Sales Agents including free tickets to Disney World and much more

• Ability to receive travel agent discounts (up to 50%) on hotels, packages, cars, and more with your CLIA Card

• Ability to sell other destinations with suppliers that accept the CLIA Number

• Monthly email updates on Disney Destinations

• Invitations to FAM trips to Disney World, Disneyland, Adventures by Disney, Universal Studios and Disney Cruise

• Booking Incentives

• Internet Leads

• Marketing support with brochures, postcards, displays, and more for Disney and Universal Studios vacations

• Co-op marketing opportunities with Destinations to Explore

• We will ship documents to you in a timely manner by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail

• Receive 60% of your commissions on Disney Destinations and Universal Studios Destinations (50% on non-Disney Destinations)

• Once you book $20,000 in gross commissions, you will receive 70% of your commission on Disney Destinations (60% of non-Disney Destinations)

Costs: 

$50 Seller of Travel Affidavit (This cost is required once you sign the contract and Seller of Travel Affidavit.  You must pay this fee before selling any travel.  This fee goes to the State of Florida as an Outside Sales Agent selling travel in the State of Florida.)

$30 for CLIA Card and $65 CLIA Training Counselor Program (Once you have reached $10,000 in sales, you can apply for a CLIA Card.  You have to sign up for the CLIA Training Counselor Program which is $65 and then you can apply for your CLIA Card which is $30.  These two fees are not required until you reach the $10,000 in sales and ready to get your CLIA Travel Agent Card.
