Where
to find your Favorite Characters
The best part of your vacation is when your child sees Mickey Mouse for
the first time and you capture that image on film. Here are the best places
to find your favorite characters at Walt Disney World and the other
Orlando Parks.
Disney-MGM Studios
The front entrance to the park and Animation Courtyard are the two best
places to see the characters at Disney-MGM Studios. Ask a cast member
for the best locations for characters on that day.
EPCOT
The characters can be seen between 10:00 AM-5:00 PM in the World Showcase.
You can find the characters in each country where they originated (For
example: Belle & Beast in France and Winnie the Pooh in United Kingdom.)
Ask a cast member for the best locations for characters on that day.
Magic Kingdom
The characters can be found at the front entrance, Fantasyland, and
Toontown.
You can also see the Little Mermaid at Ariel's Grotto. Ask a cast member
for the best locations for characters on that day.
Animal Kingdom
You can always catch your favorite characters at Camp Minnie/Mickey.
Walt Disney World Character Breakfasts
The best place to get individual pictures with the Disney characters is
at a character breakfast. The breakfasts are located at resorts all over
Disney property and run from 9 AM-11 AM. To make reservations call (407)
WDW-DINE.
Here
are some places to find your favorite Characters at other Orlando Theme
Parks:
Universal Studios Orlando
On Hollywood Boulevard, you can see Crash, Fievel, and Harry Henderson.
You can meet Barney after his show and the Rugrats at Nickelodeon Studios.
Islands of Adventure
You can see characters at every island throughout the day especially Seuss
Landing and Marvel Superhero Island. To get up close with your favorite
characters, make reservations for lunch at Confisco Grille Character Lunch.
(You can make reservations at the front of the park.)
Sea World
Baby Shamu greets guests at the front entrance at 9 AM and 12 PM. Dolly
the Dolphin can be seen at Key West at 1 PM and 4:30 PM. Check with a
