Inn Ocean View - Sleeps four adults plus one child under 3.  Features two queen-size beds, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, wet bar, mini-refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, and private balcony.

Studio - Sleeps four adults plus one child under 3.  Features a queen-size bed and double sleeper sofa, ceiling fax, TV/VCR, wet bar, mini-refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, and private porch or balcony.

1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Villas - Each feature a master suite with a king-size bed and whirlpool tub.  Each villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a private porch or balcony.  The 1-Bedroom Villa sleeps four adult plus one child under three.  The 2-Bedroom Villa offers an additional room with a queen bed, double sleeper sofa and private bath.

3-Bedroom Cottage  - Each sleeps 12 adults and one child under 3.  The master suite offers a king-size bed and whirlpool tub and two additional bedrooms.  Each bedroom has its own TV and ceiling fan and opens to a private porch.  A washer/dryer is located on the first floor.  On the second floor beneath the cathedral ceiling, each Beach Cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, CD stereo, queen-size sleeper sofa in the spacious living room and two private balconies overlooking  the Atlantic Ocean.
