The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will soon open at Universal Orlando Resort, and if you meet the qualifications, you could be there for the grand opening! Announced on NBC's Today show, a few days ago, a new Harry Potter, Wizarding World vacation contest begins.
By answering the question “Why is my class extraordinary?”, you could be part of a group on a three-day, two-night trip to the opening celebration festivities of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal’s Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida.
The contest is open to US citizens "currently employed as a teacher of students between five (5) and eighteen (18) years of age in a U.S. school." For full contest rules and details, please visit the Today Show.

Everybody is saying that it’s opening soon. But how soon? February? March?

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter merchandise is getting released into the stores at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in March. But, we are hearing rumors from the construction crew that it looks more like May. Keep watching our site and we will post it and tweet it as soon as we know!
Hope so… I´m going a long way from Brazil just to see the ride…

If you book the Harry Potter Package (http://wizardingworldpark.com/HarryPotterVacations) for May 28th or later, Universal has said that those people will be able to get into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. There’s no guarantee, yet for other guests, but I would expect that early June the park should be open to all guests.
