This is such a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort for all of your special occasions. One of the most popular reasons to visit Disney World is to celebrate a birthday. Besides getting into a Disney Park for free on your birthday, you can purchase some extra goodies to enjoy during your birthday celebration including goodie bags or a birthday cake.
You can order the Celebrate Today! Party Favors, goodie bags filled with fun activity sets and a surprise pop-up centerpiece. These special goodie bags are available at the Character dining and buffet locations at Walt Disney World Resort.
For your sweet tooth, you can order a birthday cake to be delivered to a restaurant or even quick service location like the Main Street Bakery at Magic Kingdom Park. You do have to order the cake at least 48 hours in advance by calling the Disney Bakery line at 407-827-2253. You can choose from an 8 inch, 10 inch or quarter sheet cake with an inscription, a specialty 10 inch cake with an inscription, or a Mickey Mouse cake (shown above). If you forget to order a cake, you can also request a 6 inch cake at the host/hostess stand at most of the Disney World sit down restaurants. The 6 inch cake is a general cake in chocolate or vanilla. There is no inscription on these little cakes.
